Old Country All American Angus Offset Smoker - Weekend Rental

The Still Site BBQ Team has used this smoker during competitions and it has always produced excellent food.

This smoker has a large cooking surface that accommodates large cuts of meat such as briskets, pork shoulder, full sized turkeys.  Can handle several racks of ribs or pieces of chicken at once.  Removable expanded metal racks accommodate whatever you are cooking.  Two built in hangers for sausage links are located at the top of the cabinet.  This smoker is constructed from welded heavy-duty 3/16" steel. Stay-cool stainless-steel handles make opening doors and lids easy while being used. Includes folding front table to hold pans, trays or dishes while working inside.  This smoker is heavy weighing approximately 800 pounds, so make sure you have on a level surface as well as assistance while moving it around.  Stock casters replaced with larger ones to assist with moving over rougher surfaces.  D-Rings welded to smoker to assist with secure tie down during transport.
