The Old Country Over & Under Smoker is slightly larger than a regular backyard sized smoker and has a heavier duty construction.  The Over & Under design allows for more even dispersed cooking temperatures than a standard offset smoker.   The twin smoke stacks and intake vents allow for fine tuning of the draft.
