Custom built 50”x24” Direct Fire Grill. Perfect for cooking a large quantity of steaks, burgers, hotdogs, chicken or whatever you desire to cook over direct heat. 3 separate cooking surfaces and access from both sides. You can have 2-4 people cooking simultaneously. Heavy duty shelves on both sides of this grill allow you to have trays in front of you while cooking. Two overhead bars allow for hanging meat in live fire cooking. An expanded metal rack is provided for you delicate vegtables or herbs while cooking. You can also keep saucepans there for warming. Grill is on casters but is designed to quickly remove so it sits flat, level and stable. A cover is provided for the cooking surfaces when grill is not in use. Grill weighs approximately 500 lbs so it will require a trailer to transport. Delivery and set up is available for additional fee. Charcoal and wood available for additional fee.
